Tocqueville Society

United Way's Tocqueville Society honors more than 50 individuals who serve our community through their extraordinary generosity. The society is named after the French historian who recognized and celebrated the voluntary spirit that lives in the heart of the American people.

Membership in the Tocqueville Society is your way to affirm your leadership and commitment to our community. Tocqueville Society members contribute at least $10,000 to United Way annually.

In addition to the many benefits of membership in the Pillars Society, Tocqueville Society members also receive:

  • National recognition in United Way's of America's Tocqueville Society registry

Levels of Giving

  • Membres de la Société $10,000 - $24,999 per year
  • Ordre de Liberté $25,000-$49,999 per year
  • Ordre d'Egalité $50,000-$74,999 per year
  • La Société Nationale $100,000-$999,999 per year
  • La Table Ronde d'un Million de Dollars $1,000,000 or more per year
