United Way does much more than fund the best programs. Today's community issues are increasingly complex and cannot be solved by any one program alone. This free, simple to use health and human services information and referral service will be available 24/7. Help us bring 2-1-1 to our community.
Healthy Kids Sonoma County - Healthy Kids provides immediate access to health care and comprehensive health insurance for children of low income families. In the last two years, Healthy Kids Sonoma County connected more than 10,000 kids with health insurance, but many more kids need our help.
